1. Who owns this site

This site is operated by Suena Bien S. de R.L. de C.V. ("Suena Bien", "we"), a company incorporated under the laws of Mexico, with address in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

For any matter related to these terms you can write to us at info@suenabien.mx or use the contact form.

2. Acceptance

Accessing and using this site means you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site or send us information.

3. Permitted use

This site exists to provide information about our services and to let you request contact or a quote. By using it you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers or accounts related to the site.
  • Extract content in bulk or by automated means without our written permission.
  • Send malicious code, or unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
  • Impersonate another person or company when contacting us.
  • Flood the contact form or interfere with the operation of the site.

4. Site information and quotes

The content of this site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Service descriptions may change without prior notice.

Quotes are delivered in writing, state their validity period and, unless stated otherwise, are expressed in Mexican pesos and exclude value added tax. An expired quote may be revised before it is confirmed.

5. Contracting services

Each project is governed by its own proposal, service order or contract setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and price. In case of conflict, that document prevails over these terms.

Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and requires your written approval before it is carried out.

6. Payment and invoicing

Payment terms, deposits and installments are those set out in the accepted proposal. We issue a Mexican digital tax receipt using the tax details you provide; you are responsible for those details being correct and current.

Failure to pay on the agreed dates may result in suspension of services, including hosting, maintenance and campaigns, after prior notice. Advertising platform spend is additional to our fees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Your collaboration

To meet deadlines we need you to provide the information, access, content and approvals the project requires, on time. Timelines are adjusted proportionally for delays outside our control.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights or licenses over all material you provide to us, including text, images, logos, video and databases, and you hold us harmless against third party claims regarding that material.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, text, trademarks and other elements of this site belong to Suena Bien or to those who license them to us, and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

For project deliverables, economic rights transfer to you once payment is settled in full, with these exceptions: third party components (fonts, templates, libraries, stock images) are governed by their own licenses, and general purpose tools or code blocks developed by Suena Bien are licensed to you non-exclusively for the project, without limiting their reuse in other work.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.

9. Third party platforms and services

Several services depend on platforms we do not operate: Google, Meta, hosting and email providers, payment gateways, carriers and hardware manufacturers. Their use is subject to each provider’s own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for changes to their pricing, features or policies, nor for the rejection, suspension or cancellation of accounts, ads or content by those platforms.

10. Marketing and ranking results

We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, sales or return on investment. Results depend on factors we do not control, such as competition, platform algorithms, seasonality, available budget, your offer and how quickly you follow up on leads.

What we do commit to is method, execution and transparency: proper tracking setup, documented work and reports with real data.

11. Availability, hosting and maintenance

We aim for the highest possible availability, but we do not guarantee that this site or hosted services will operate uninterrupted or error free. Maintenance windows may occur; we schedule them at low impact times and give notice when they are foreseeable.

Backup frequency and retention are those of the contracted plan. We are not liable for outages attributable to your internet provider, third parties, force majeure or changes made by people outside our team.

12. Computer equipment and hardware

Equipment we supply keeps its manufacturer warranty, on the terms and periods set by the manufacturer; where the purchase was made through us, we handle the claim on your behalf.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, inadequate electrical installation, voltage fluctuations, liquids, drops, or modifications and repairs performed by third parties. Our own installation and configuration work is backed by us.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information accessed in connection with the project, including commercial, financial and technical data, credentials and databases. This obligation survives the end of the relationship.

14. Personal data

The processing of personal data collected through this site is governed by our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, data loss, lost business opportunities or reputational harm arising from use of the site or the services.

Our total aggregate liability to you, on any cause, is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. External links

This site may include links to third party pages. We do not control their content or privacy practices and assume no responsibility for them.

17. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms. Termination of a contracted service is governed by the applicable proposal or contract, including notice periods and the handover of backups and credentials.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or applicable law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date. Using the site after an update means accepting it.

19. Final provisions

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it.

These terms are published in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For their interpretation and performance, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.

Where services are provided to a consumer under Mexican consumer protection law, the rights granted by that law and the jurisdiction of the consumer protection authority remain unaffected.
