1. Who is responsible for your data

Suena Bien S. de R.L. de C.V., with address at Guadalajara, Jalisco, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its regulations and applicable guidelines.

For any privacy matter you can write to us at info@suenabien.mx.

2. What data we collect

From the contact form: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp, the service you are interested in, the message you write, the language you browse in and the page you wrote from.

Automatically: your IP address, which we store hashed and solely to rate limit automated form submissions, the date and time of submission, and browsing data collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, traffic source, device type and browser.

If you become a client: billing details (legal name, tax ID, tax address, tax regime), contact details of the people you designate and the technical credentials needed to deliver the service.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, political opinions or sexual preference, and this site is not directed at minors.

3. What we use your data for

Primary purposes, necessary for our relationship with you:

  • Handle your request, reply to you and follow up.
  • Prepare quotes and service proposals.
  • Deliver, manage and support the contracted services.
  • Invoice, collect payment and keep accounting records.
  • Comply with legal, tax and contractual obligations.
  • Prevent abuse and automated form submissions.

Secondary purposes, which are not necessary and which you may refuse:

  • Send you commercial information, news and content about our services.
  • Invite you to events, courses or briefings.
  • Produce internal statistics to improve the site and our offering.

To refuse the secondary purposes, simply write to info@suenabien.mx stating that you do not wish to receive commercial communications. Refusing is not a reason for us to deny you the service you requested, and you may do so at any time.

4. Who we share your data with

To operate we use providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions. These transfers to processors do not require your consent:

  • Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (United States): delivery of the email generated by the contact form.
  • Google LLC (United States): Google Analytics and Tag Manager for site measurement, plus corporate email and storage.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States): advertising measurement and targeting, when campaigns are active.
  • Our hosting provider: hosting of the site and associated email.

Some of these providers are located in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Mexico under contractual safeguards.

We may transfer data without your consent, in the cases the law allows, to our accountants and legal advisors under a duty of confidentiality, to competent authorities upon a duly founded request, and to a resulting entity in the event of corporate restructuring. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how it is browsed and to improve the experience. When campaigns are active we may also use Google Ads and Meta tags to measure conversions.

These technologies collect browsing data, not your name or email. We also store the language you choose in your browser’s local storage, so we respect it on your next visit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or browse in private mode. Doing so does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

6. Your data rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it when inaccurate, to cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and to object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also limit its use or disclosure and withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, send your request to info@suenabien.mx including the following:

  • Your name and a means for us to send you our reply.
  • A document evidencing your identity or legal representation.
  • A clear description of the data concerned and which right you are exercising.
  • Any element that helps locate your data; and for rectification, the correct data and supporting evidence.

We will reply within a maximum of twenty business days and, where applicable, give effect to the request within the following fifteen business days. Exercising these rights is free; only justified reproduction or shipping costs could be charged.

Note that cancellation or objection may not apply when we must retain the data under a legal obligation, such as accounting and tax obligations, or when it is necessary for an ongoing service.

7. How long we keep your data

Contact requests that do not lead to a commercial relationship are kept while they remain useful for follow-up and, at the latest, twenty-four months after the last contact.

Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by Mexican accounting and tax law, generally five years. Anti-spam records derived from your IP address are deleted automatically within minutes.

8. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures: HTTPS encryption, access control with individual credentials, backups, security updates and confidentiality agreements with our collaborators.

No system is entirely infallible. If a breach occurred that significantly affects your rights, we will inform you so you can take action.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, providers or applicable law change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last updated date; when a change is substantial and we have your email, we will notify you.

10. If you are not satisfied

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint with Mexico’s national data protection authority. Before that, please write to us at info@suenabien.mx: we can almost always resolve it directly.

11. Consent and language

By sending us the contact form you confirm that you have read this notice and consent to the processing of your data for the primary purposes described.

This notice is published in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
